Delivery & Returns Policy
All orders AUD$100 and over enjoy FREE SHIPPING to all Australian destinations.
Any order to an Australian destination less than AUD$100 will incur a AUD$10.75 shipping fee.
We aim to deliver Australian orders within 10 business days from the time of order. Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times.
Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. You will also receive an email from our courier partner, Sendle, once your order has been shipped with a link so you can track your delivery.
To guarantee safe arrival of your Different Threads online purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery [PO Box delivery addresses are not accepted]. If the item(s) are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can accept the delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, your purchase will be left in the most logical and secure location available or a card will be left to organise a redelivery or your package will be taken to a nearby Sendle drop-off point (such as a news agency) for you to collect at your convenience.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. You will also receive an email from our courier partner, Sendle, once your order has been shipped with a link so you can track the status of your delivery at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Different Threads we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy has been designed with you in mind.
If you have a change of heart, you can return or exchange any full priced item that is unused and in its original condition and packaging within 28 days of order receipt to receive a full refund or credit (note: shipping cost is not refunded). Please complete the returns slip included in your delivery with the package.
Reduced or sale items might not all be available for exchange or return, so please read the terms of conditions of that promotional event before purchase.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty item within a reasonable timeframe, after assessment by a Different Threads representative.
Any returns or exchanges must be returned via post to 17 Kitchener Street, St Ives, NSW 2075 and the cost of postage must be covered by the sender.
Returns on jewellery, kitchen and bathroom products
We recommend that you choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings, kitchen or bathroom products (such as natural soaps, pan brushes and body brushes), unless the items are faulty.
